I have come to learn that people often find many things difficult to talk about. My hope is to be able to provide you with a safe, compassionate and open space to help to explore and decipher these painful and difficult aspects of life. I will always value what you have to say, and am confident that together we will find an opportunity to construct a meaningful therapeutic relationship.
I am an accredited and registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), and qualified 9 years ago in the Psychodynamic tradition. I work with narrative and cultural perspectives, and have had experience of working with issues such as complex bereavement, abuse, deep despair, fear and doubt. Ultimately though, my way of working is entirely client led, meaning that my approach is informed by your needs and concerns.
I am committed to the principle of low cost therapy, and aim to make talking therapy accessible and attainable. By working with 360B, an organisation that has the same aims, the hope is to provide an affordable service that doesn’t compromise on quality and professionalism.
